Eligibility and Selection Criteria
We invite applications from all over India and then select the most qualified candidates. The applications will be reviewed by the Palliative Care Advisory Committee. Candidates will be selected based on their qualifications, commitment to improving palliative cancer care in their region, and the strength of their supporting letters. Preference will be given to candidates who show commitment to serving the under-served population.
- Candidates are required to submit a brief note on why they want to pursue this training program
- Candidates are required to submit a letter of support from their institution/section head for the candidate to do this course and how it may be useful to the institution
Basic Required Qualifications
Doctor: M.B.B.S. from a recognized university
Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing or General Midwifery with 2 years of experience from a recognized university
Candidates who fulfill the basic criteria will be shortlisted. The shortlisted candidates will then undergo a Skype/video call interview with the IACA Palliative Care selection committee.
